We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an Young infrant living in Weymouth who requires around the clock support. They currently have a tracheostomy which will require full management, ventilation and will also have a PEG fitted in the near future.

Key Responsibilities Support Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.
Support with all facets of daily living.
Tracheostomy management  Ventilation care  Support with clinical tasks when needed Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.
