Classroom Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
The Rossie Young People's Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support the delivery of effective learning and teaching in line with the requirements of Curriculum for Excellence. As a key member of our education team, you will work closely with the Head of Education, Skills and Lifelong Learning and Principal Teachers to promote and support the development of our young people.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development and implementation of curriculum plans and resources
- Assist in the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences
- Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners. You will also have a strong understanding of Curriculum for Excellence and the ability to support the development of curriculum plans and resources.
