Role Overview

Are you a motivated individual with experience in supporting those who may exhibit challenging behaviors? Are you seeking a rewarding position where you feel valued and supported?

In this position, you will assist vulnerable adults in achieving greater independence. We are currently looking for a Care Support Specialist who is flexible and willing to provide support across various locations.

Our support services encompass a wide range of activities, including:

  • Social engagement, such as outings and recreational activities
  • Assistance with daily living tasks
  • Encouragement in achieving personal goals
  • Financial management support

Our team operates during the day, and we require flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week. We are looking to fill a part-time position of 20-30 hours, and candidates must possess a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
