About the Job
The Credit and Fraud Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of the operational credit and fraud plan, maximising performance of the department in minimising financial loss and providing credit decisions that maximise profit and minimise risk. This involves developing and implementing effective credit and fraud operational plans to achieve department targets and objectives.

Job Description
- Leading, managing, and monitoring the credit and fraud operational plan
- Contributing to and supporting the development and delivery of credit, application fraud, and account level fraud strategies to optimise loss prevention and minimising risk
- Leading, managing, and developing the performance and potential of the credit and fraud team
- Ensuring adherence to all governance, risk, and compliance standards across credit and fraud teams, delivering a consistent and quality service

Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience of working within the financial services sector with particular experience in credit underwriting, application fraud, and/or account level fraud
- Extensive experience of working and delivering in a regulated environment
- Excellent working knowledge of financial standards and guidelines – e.g. FCA, TCF, Data Protection
- Is delivery and customer focused
- Experience of leading, managing, and maximising the performance of others
