Role Summary

Utility Collections Ltd, a rapidly growing debt recovery agency within the energy industry, is seeking a Debt Recovery Expert to join its Operations department in the Fylde Coast area.

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver excellent debt recovery services related to a full range of utility collections. Key responsibilities include proactively communicating with commercial energy consumers to negotiate settlements or alternative resolutions, analysing customer queries to prevent payment issues, and negotiating and processing payments or payment plans.

  • Organised and process-driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and telephony skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver accurate information
  • Well-presented and approachable individual
  • Motivated to plan and manage workload efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to custom-built CRM systems
  • Good credit control and debt recovery capabilities
