**Title: Client Data & Reporting Administrator**
**Reports to: Client Data & Reporting Manager**
**Location: Clayton-Le-Moors/Hybrid**
**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Client Data & Reporting Manager, the role of the Client Data & Reporting Administrator is to provide proactive account support to the FTS business in the delivery of FTS contracts, ensuring invoices, backup reporting and aged debt are managed effectively.
Act as a point of contact between FTS internal teams, Finance, Accounts Payable and 3rd party partners to ensure invoice accuracy and management.
Working closely with FTS teams, Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure all tasks are completed within period and risks are identified and accruals are communicated in a timely and robust manner.
**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Raise client invoices at the relevant Client period end and ensure accuracy using relevant data sets.
- Ensure all pricing is uploaded to all FTS systems where relevant to ensure accurate period end invoicing and work with other departments/teams to close any gaps.
- Create and provide backup reporting where required to support the client invoicing process.
- Create and maintain financial trackers as required to ensure invoice accuracy and to support the reporting requirements.
- Manage aged debt with clients as required and feed into the credit control process to secure timely payments.
- Manage the intercompany invoicing process.
- Record and track accruals and ensure Finance are aware of these from a P&L perspective.
- Support the FTS business in the ordering of office related items.
- Raise PO's where relevant for supply of goods.
- Provide analysis of financial data to support the client account teams and wider FTS business as required.
- Manage the taxi permit and white ticket process
- Manage white ticket revenue payments taken on behalf of clients and ensure timely reimbursement in line with client contract SLA's
- Raise service credits in line with client contractual terms
- Provide support to the business as a whole when required.
**Performance Measures**
- Ensure all data sets and reports are up to date in advance of client and FTS period ends.
- Ensure all invoices are issued as required following client and FTS period end dates
- Maintain financial master sheets daily and ensure all gaps in data are filled in by period end by requesting information from Operational Account Managers and failures to provide the information are escalated as required.
- Provide reporting and data analysis as required to the clients and internal teams
