Due to our continued growth, we are now looking to add a strong administrator to our Business Performance function on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time from our Haydock office and will report into our Business Performance Manager.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role comprises of supporting the Business Performance Team from an administrative perspective, during new client mobilisations and renewals. Working closely with our Systems Support team, you will work to ensure the data in our CAFM system is cleansed and operating visually to its full potential.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**
- General administrative support to the Business Performance Team
- Data entry and collection as well as data correction and cleansing
- Attend and recording regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide reports and supporting information as required.
- CAFM/Customer portal training for clients and internal stakeholders.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Good basic written and numerical skills
- IT literate and intermediate user of Microsoft office
- An understanding of expectation, deadlines, targets both internally and externally
- Strong administration and teamwork - essential
- Experience of working with external and internal clients
- Problem solving capabilities
- An understanding of the operational functions and basic entry knowledge of operational service delivery (Desirable)
- Good understanding of CAFM and helpdesk processes (Desirable)
- Understanding of general engineering practices (Desirable)

**THE PACKAGE**
- A competitive starting salary of £22,000-£23,000 with annual pay reviews.
