IMMEDIATE START: Currently recruiting for an operations administrator in a fast paced construction company based in Haydock. We currently need to cover the next 3 months and then the potential to become permanent.

**Job description**
- You will be assisting the managers in the office as well the operatives who work on site.
- Working on a current busy contract dealing with our tenant liaison officer and contracts manager.
- Inputting data onto our construction management system.
- Sending out quotes.
- Setting up of files onto our server and keeping the server organised.
- Gathering information to collate O&M Manuals which will be distributed to clients.

Experience and Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, work and outlook would be essential but experience in the industry is not necessary.
- Clear and professional communication
- High level of organisational and interpersonal skills
- Successful working both independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to professional conduct in all situations
- Internal sense of urgency and initiative

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
