**Job Title: Commercial Delivery Administrator**

**Location: Accrington**

**Purpose of role**:To support the Private Hire Team and the wider commercial team with operational support and interdepartmental liaison. To lead on and ensure that processes are maintained throughout the department in relation to GTI data entry, vehicle procurement, supplier engagement, internal operational briefings and financial analysis.

**Key responsibilities**
- Input and maintenance of jobs on GTI, including sales pricing and supplier costs.
- Liaison with suppliers for costs and availability as part of the tender process.
- Interdepartmental liaison with Compliance, Coordination Admin, Finance, Control & Forward Planning teams.
- To develop and communicate operational details (communications and/or briefings) for colleagues in control & coordination
- Oversee and develop an operator engagement strategy with the Compliance team to maintain a comprehensive supplier base and identify additional suppliers when required.
- Ensure that contractual obligations are met in all aspects of service delivery.
- Contribute and collate data for period reporting & analysis, ensuring that KPIs are correctly recorded for each client.
- Ensure all coach and taxi services are procured within the FRS operator compliance regime.
- Ensure the Control team are fully briefed on operations on a regular basis.
- Attend meetings and assist with new projects or specific tasks as required by the Commercial Director or Private Hire Supervisor.
- Have a good understanding of company policy and procedures relating to HR and health and safety.

**Experience**:

- Customer service / call centre experience with particular focus on call handling and issue/complaint resolution
- 1-2 years' experience in a transport / logistics environment (desirable)
