Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves leading the commissioning of services for children and young people with SEND, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practice. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive needs analyses, gathering and analyzing data to inform commissioning decisions, developing, negotiating, and monitoring contracts with external providers, and building strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Experience in a commissioning or contract management role within the SEND sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and policies in the UK.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and assess service effectiveness.
  • A proactive approach with adaptability to changing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Remedy Medical offers a competitive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
