About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager role is a key position within PIVT Group Ltd, responsible for generating sales leads and delivering sales support and guidance to a small sales team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated leader with a results-driven approach, who enjoys face-to-face meetings with customers in the field and thrives on teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales team's KPIs and CRM inputs
  • Making face-to-face visits and prospecting for new businesses and clients
  • Managing new business opportunities with their teams
  • Ensure lead generation opportunities for their team are followed through to completion, fully utilizing the Telesales and Aftersales Teams
  • Open communication between Regional Sales Managers to ensure consistency
  • Key Account Capture
  • Support the set sales strategy for the region
  • Deliver against personal targets and existing own accounts both internal and external
  • Relationship management with key suppliers and customers
  • Administration and process control to include: commission claim submission, sales process review, appraisals, review of all teams' documents prior to submission, stock management, and deal construction
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Proven experience of working within a sales/target environment
  • Proven Materials Handling experience is a distinct advantage but not essential
  • Previous sales experience B2B would be a distinct advantage but not essential
  • Leadership, the ability to motivate and guide a team
