About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Case Management Social Worker to join our team in Woking, South-East England. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and families, supporting them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Take responsibility for a varied caseload, providing relationship-based social work services to children and families.
  • Assessment & Planning: Conduct assessments to identify family strengths, risks, and needs, developing SMART plans to support children's welfare.
  • Safeguarding: Engage in child protection investigations and work collaboratively with families to develop plans that ensure children's safety.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Professional Social Work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
  • Experience: Substantial experience in assessing and working directly with children and families in a statutory setting.
  • Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of UK childcare laws, statutory guidance, and the Working Together 2018 framework.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, report-writing, and assessment skills; ability to manage challenging situations and build positive relationships.

Estimated Salary: £42 per hour
