Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Premium and Pro Rata Advocate to join our team in London. This role will involve handling Global and Key Client's Premium and Proportional Treaty accounts, ensuring the efficient movement of funds and resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the end-to-end process, liaising with the offshore team to ensure timely processing of premium and accounts and with the credit control team to facilitate collection and payment of funds.
  • Monitoring and management of unallocated cash and held funds.
  • Ensuring regular contact with clients and reinsurers to ensure service requirements are met fully and queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Support in depth analysis and reporting.
  • Conducting Pro-rata reviews.
  • Contributing to preparation for and attendance at client meetings.

  • Handles client and stakeholder expectations; delivers value without compromising quality.
  • Experience of processing and submitting XOL Premiums and Proportional Treaty Accounts;
  • Familiar with the use of London Market systems;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage their own workflow and meet deadlines.
