About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Premium and Pro Rata Advocate to join our team in London. As a hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work both at home and from the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle Global and Key Client's Premium and Proportional Treaty accounts, ensuring efficient movement of funds and resolution of queries.
  • Liaise with the offshore team to process premium and accounts, and with the credit control team to facilitate collection and payment of funds.
  • Monitor and manage unallocated cash and held funds.
  • Ensure regular contact with clients and reinsurers to meet service requirements and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Support in-depth analysis and reporting, conducting Pro-rata reviews, and contributing to preparation for and attendance at client meetings.

  • Demonstrate a breadth of knowledge, implementing new ideas that improve team effectiveness.
  • Establish and champion open, honest dialogue, actively listening to and engaging with clients and reinsurers.
  • Handle client and stakeholder expectations, delivering value without compromising quality.
  • Experience of processing and submitting XOL Premiums and Proportional Treaty Accounts, familiarity with London Market systems, accuracy, and attention to detail.
