The Role

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing the work of the engagement team, overseeing fundraising events and campaigns, and coordinating stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of key engagement priorities, including the Chambers Pro Bono Framework and the Pro Bono Champion scheme.
  • Support the Director of Casework and regional caseworkers with engagement and communication activities.
  • Project manage the work of the Engagement Team, ensuring the business plan and engagement strategy are delivered.
  • Advising and supporting the Communications Officer with key stakeholders and the press, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Overseeing fundraising events and campaigns to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
  • Experience of line managing staff and directing multiple projects.
  • Extensive experience of creating a wide range of communications for key stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing social media or marketing campaigns.
  • A highly organized and thorough approach to work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
