About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Premium and Pro Rata Advocate to join our team in London. As a key member of our Reinsurance Solutions division, you will be responsible for handling our Global and Key Client's Premium and Proportional Treaty accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end process for Premium and Proportional Treaty accounts, liaising with offshore teams and credit control to ensure timely processing and resolution of queries.
  • Monitor and manage unallocated cash and held funds.
  • Ensure regular contact with clients and reinsurers to meet service requirements and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Support in-depth analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct Pro-rata reviews.
  • Contribute to preparation for and attendance at client meetings.
Requirements
  • Deliver distinctive client value by anticipating and meeting client needs.
  • Experience of processing and submitting XOL Premiums and Proportional Treaty Accounts.
  • Familiarity with London Market systems.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage their own workflow and meet deadlines.
