Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Development Lead to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb. As a key member of our Clinical Development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of clinical strategies and plans for complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute clinical development strategies and plans for complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze clinical trials, ensuring high-quality data and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transition of clinical trials from early to late-stage development.
  • Partner with Worldwide Patient Safety physicians to review safety data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Represent Clinical Development in internal and external forums, providing expert guidance on clinical development strategies and plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, academic collaborators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure the development of innovative clinical development strategies.
Requirements
  • MD with appropriate sub-specialty training and significant experience in clinical development.
  • Proven track record of leading clinical development teams and designing and executing complex clinical trials.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
