We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Lead to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical leadership and expertise to support the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist assessments and interventions for adult service users referred to the CRHTT.
- Establish and deliver clinical supervision groups and individual sessions to CRHT practitioners.
- Undertake risk assessments and risk management for service users within the CRHTT, working within Trust and inter-agency policies and procedures.
- Act as lead clinician for undertaking assessments and advising other mental health professionals on matters arising from the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults framework.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Professional qualifications and post-registration training in risk management.
- Non-medical prescribing qualification (or within a year of being in post).
- Experience of working with clients in acute mental health need and providing clinical leadership in a mental health multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven experience of good working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and managing workload, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Evidence of clinical supervision training and/or experience, as well as working in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience of interagency working and liaison, with a good understanding of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Safeguarding policies and procedures.
