Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Supervisor to join our Front Office team at Marriott International. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all property operations during the night shift, representing property management in resolving guest or property-related situations, and personally assisting in resolving any issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome on arrival and bid them a fond farewell on leaving.
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Run shifts, assisting other employees to ensure prompt guest service.
  • Run night audit and prepare reports, work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance, and assist with pre-arrival planning.
  • Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.
  • Train, coach, and manage the Front Office team in order to support engagement and opportunity.

Requirements

  • Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented.
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
  • Pro-active and reliable.
  • Previous experience in working in a hotel reception environment an advantage.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a big plus but not essential.
  • Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and occasional bank holidays.
