Head of Business Development

We are seeking a driven sales leader to help us achieve our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional people management skills, being able to inspire and lead proactively, delivering continuous improvements across the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving revenue growth and expansion through effective sales strategies.
  • Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships through account management and strategic planning.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential prospects.
  • Achieving sales goals and targets through effective management and support.

The position involves regular travel to meet with customers and colleagues.

Estimated Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 (dependent on experience) + commission up to £25,000 OTE.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record in SaaS Software, EdTech, or Apprenticeship industries.
  • Passion for education, sales, and customer experience.
