You will lead a large and dynamic inside sales operation, responsible for lead generation, highly effective business development, and quality appointment setting within B2B consultative sales.
As a passionate sales leader, you will thrive on the sales floor engaging with sales consultants, empowering sales managers, developing training, coaching, and retention strategies through to reporting performance metrics to the board.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales and undertake a newly created role responsible for driving sales performance, lead generation business growth, and developing the sales management structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimising Effective CRM and Data Driven Campaigns: Developing cutting-edge new business sales campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Leading Inside Sales Management Team: Empowering sales managers to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to exceed company growth targets.
- Sales Coaching & Training Plans: Developing plans across all sales structures from management development, induction programmes, plus circa 60 business sales consultants.
- Improving Sales Performance: Continuously seeking incremental improvements in sales performance and driving optimum activity levels.
- Clear Communication of Objectives: Ensuring clear communication of company objectives, revenue sales targets, and performance to promote employee engagement and drive performance.
- Sales Enablement Initiatives: Developing initiatives to empower and engage all sales personnel.
- Liasing with Marketing Teams: Working closely with marketing, new business, and business development teams to plan business development programmes, sales campaigns, and optimise lead conversion.

An estimated salary range of $170,000 - $220,000 per year, plus bonus, is available for the successful candidate.
