We are looking for a skilled strategist to join our Agency Leadership Team and drive business growth and development across our agency. As Head of Strategy, you will be responsible for defining success metrics, leading client relationships, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Key responsibilities include:
- Defining success metrics and driving business growth and development
- Leading client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion
- Mentoring and developing the Strategy Team
The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategy leadership, client relationship management, and team mentoring, with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving. We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, 25 days annual leave, and access to our wellbeing programme.
