Job Description:
As an IT Support Analyst at Principal Medical Limited, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line IT support, including 2 days per week at our Banbury Cross practice
• Deliver technical support via phone, email, and deskside to staff across Principal Medical Ltd
• Troubleshoot various problems from software applications to hardware malfunctions
• Log detailed incidents and service requests in the service desk tool
• Assign and escalate incidents to internal or external teams as needed

Person Specification:
• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grade C or above)
• ITIL qualification or training
• Experience in a service desk team and issuing equipment and training users
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary:
Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
