Digital Process Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a key part in defining and developing new processes and workflows, aligned with customer requirements. They will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate and analyze current service states and design future workflows that promote quality and operational efficiency.
This is a hybrid role, requiring flexibility around project demands, including occasional evening and weekend working. A strong driving license is necessary for regular travel to the division hub in Tewkesbury. Residing within a commutable distance of Tewkesbury is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct systems analytics to model and evaluate proposed workflows.
- Process mapping of integrated workflows, systems, and ways of working.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and service quality.
Requirements:
- Confidence working with complex systems and data.
- Project Management skills and techniques.
- Implementation/deployment experience involving business management systems, software, and technology.
Compensation:
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be between £40,000-£55,000 depending on experience.
