**Job Title:** Cybersecurity Risk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join our team at Marks & Spencer. As a key member of our security operations, you will play a vital role in identifying and mitigating potential security threats.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM and other security tools to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Participate in security incident response (IR) activities, following established procedures for investigation and resolution.
  • Research and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities, staying up-to-date on the latest trends.
  • Collaborate with the security team to tune and optimize security tools and processes.
  • Document security incidents, investigations, and resolutions.
  • Support vulnerability management activities and access control best practices.

**Requirements:*

  • 1-2 years minimum experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) role.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Working knowledge of SIEM and other security tools e.g., endpoint detection and response, network traffic analysis.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and collaboration skills.

Earn an estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
