About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director - Product Training Specialist to join our team at Moody's. As a key member of our Learning and Enablement team, you will play a critical role in driving awareness, understanding, and relevant knowledge acquisition of our KYC unit's products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Learning Programs: Design and deliver end-to-end learning and enablement programs to educate client-facing teams on our KYC solutions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Marketing teams to develop a learning and enablement curriculum and produce content to educate client-facing teams.
  • Conduct Needs Assessments and Training Delivery: Conduct needs assessments and develop appropriate training programs and interventions to meet the needs of the organization. Deliver compelling trainings, presentations, product demos, exercises, role-plays, and discussions that equip our teams to effectively problem-solve for customers and generate revenue.
  • Design and Facilitate Live Workshops and Virtual Trainings: Design and facilitate live workshops and virtual trainings covering our KYC products and solutions, delivered globally.
  • Manage a Small Team of Learning and Enablement Specialists: Lead and manage a small team of learning and enablement specialists to support the development and delivery of learning programs.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay current with anti-financial crime and KYC industry trends, practices, and uses of technology.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Relevant Experience: Direct sales or sales training experience preferred.
  • Advanced Facilitation and Presentation Skills: Excellent facilitation, presentation, and training delivery skills.
  • Ability to Design and Deliver Training Courses: Ability to design and deliver training courses and other learning interventions both onsite and virtual.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Influence Stakeholders: Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Proven Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to run and participate in meetings with all levels of an organization, including third-party organizations.
  • Strong Customer and Project Management Skills: Strong customer, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to Learn and Apply New Technologies: Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  • Strong Editing and Proof-Reading Abilities: Strong editing and proof-reading abilities.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel.
