Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the fitness floor and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members.
  • Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, including Spin and Les Mills programmes.
  • Develop and implement wellbeing plans and exercise programmes tailored to individual needs.
  • Assess and induct new members, ensuring they are aware of our facilities and services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on fitness techniques, training, and lifestyle habits.
  • Deputize for the Programme Manager and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality experience for our members.
