About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our corporate club in Feltham, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and wellbeing initiatives to our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the fitness floor and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members
- Develop and deliver group exercise classes, including circuit-based training and spin classes
- Conduct health assessments and create personalized wellbeing plans for members
- Provide expert advice and guidance on exercise and lifestyle choices
- Deputize for the Programme Manager and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, experience in corporate or commercial fitness, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be highly motivated and able to work independently as part of a team.
