Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor

Location: London / Homebased (2 days on site / 2 days homeworking)

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + benefits

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Part time – 30 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Optima Health, a leading provider of Occupational Health and Wellbeing services. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will work with our corporate clients to provide expert advice and support on workplace health and wellbeing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support on workplace health and wellbeing issues
  • Conduct health risk assessments and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement health and wellbeing programs for clients
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address health and wellbeing needs
  • Provide training and education on health and wellbeing topics

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with previous experience in Occupational Health
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Occupational Health Nursing qualification
  • Ability to travel to client sites where required on a weekly basis
