About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our corporate club in Feltham, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and wellbeing services to our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the fitness floor and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members
- Develop and deliver group exercise classes, including circuit-based training and health assessments
- Provide personalized fitness coaching and support to members
- Assist with the induction and assessment of new members
- Collaborate with the Programme Manager to deliver a high-quality experience for our members
