Job Description

As a Junior IT Service Desk Professional at Head Resourcing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide first-line support to our end-users, addressing their IT-related queries in a prompt and effective manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. A strong understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve 1st-level IT support requests (hardware, software, network).
  • Deploy and maintain IT equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, and unified communications systems.
  • Perform routine IT tasks such as system backups, security checks, and inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation and contribute to process improvements.
  • Prioritize support for senior-level staff when necessary and escalate issues appropriately.

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum.
