Job Title: Claims Adjuster

Trinity Claims is a leading claims management company seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster, you will play a critical role in progressing and finalizing building insurance claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution for our policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Progress and finalize building insurance claims, including updating reserves, offering cash settlements, instructing contractors, and closing claims as required.
  • Review non-delegated Surveyor reports and deliver claims decisions to policyholders.
  • Review decline disputes to ensure the correct decision has been made in line with the terms of the policy and deliver the outcome to the policyholder.
  • Validate contractors' scope estimates in line with our estimating software and policy conditions.
  • Provide technical support to the claims team in respect of buildings damage.
  • Liaise with policyholders and suppliers via the portal and phone.
  • Assist with audit and oversight of our Surveyor Network and Contractors with Regional Technical Surveyor and Supply Chain Manager assistance.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience within the home claims industry.
  • Tact and assertiveness when dealing with Supplier/Surveyor Network.
