Claims Auditor Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Claims Auditor to join our team at Trinity Claims. As a Claims Auditor, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our Claims Journey Audit programme and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough audits of randomly selected claims to assess and score claims handling and customer journey.
- Collaborate with the Claims Team, Directors, Business Improvement Team, IT, and MI Management Team to propose and deliver design improvements.
- Identify and highlight training needs from audited cases.
- Develop and report on monthly audit findings in conjunction with the MI Manager.
- Review and develop Trinity's Audit capability across all Household claim perils, Home Emergency, Legal, and Motor claims.
- Manage Claims Journey Audits each calendar month, providing immediate feedback to the Senior Management Team as issues arise.
- Contribute to the overall development of the business in conjunction with the Head of Claims and the Senior Management Team.
- 5-10 years of experience in insurance claims handling and/or claims supervisory roles.
- 5 years of experience dealing with Personal Injury claims.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
