About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Team Lead to join our team at NEOM Wellbeing. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Liverpool Street Wellbeing Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-responsibility for the day-to-day running of a standalone store, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Drive forward sales and company objectives, identifying opportunities to increase store footfall and revenue.
  • Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Support with stock management at offsite stockroom, unloading deliveries, and sending stock to store, maintaining high standards of inventory control.
  • Take full ownership of store and team in Store Manager's absence, making informed decisions to ensure continued excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld, maintaining a welcoming and inspiring store environment.
  • Organize and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand, working with partnering businesses to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers, aligning with NEOM's values and mission.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry, with a passion for wellbeing and a natural interest in health and wellness.
  • A love of customer service and the ability to translate this into inspiring your colleagues, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable standards.
  • A collaborative and supportive team player, with a positive energy that inspires others and a desire to coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.
  • Commercially driven, with a keen interest in brand opportunities and a commitment to increasing store footfall and revenue.
