Job Summary

As a Human Factors Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our digital transformation initiatives are designed to meet the needs of our users. You will assess the potential people and psychological impact of introducing new digital technologies and practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and test Sector-wide initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in our digital transformation efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address these areas, working closely with our experienced professionals.
