We’re BWS (Bid Writing Services Ltd) and we’re a specialist work-winning business based in Chorley, Lancashire. We support SME’s across the UK with their Tender & Bid Writing requirements, making a real impact with their growth journeytrust me, it’s more exciting than it sounds

Our clients range from one-man-band start-ups to multi-billion-pound household names. We work on unique bids from Civil Engineering to Technology, Digital Transformation, and everything in between. BWS has just celebrated winning our first Award, one of many we hope as we're primed for major growth over the next 12-18 months, and we need you to help make that happen

- In short, we’re looking for a confident, talented and incredibly well organised Bid & Sales Coordinator.

You’ll be working closely with both the commercial and delivery team, ensuring a smooth transition from client wins to client onboarding, creating operational efficiencies and supporting both sides of the business.

‘Every day will be different’will it? Probably Don’t get me wrong, there’s a few things you’ll be expected to do daily but by 10am, the to-do list is out of the window and you will have to react, adapt and overcome. Too much to do, too little timebut we’ll enjoy the process and celebrate the mini wins along the way.

**What you'll be doing..**
- Receiving incoming sales leads, reading and saving key documents and briefing them into the Sales Manager.
- Organising all relevant documents on our CRM and backend management system, ensuring compliance is adhered to.
- Working closely with the Sales manager to support with project estimations
- Ensuring a smooth transitional handover from sales to delivery by completing necessary paperwork and ensuring all i's are dotted and t's crossed.
- Working closely with the Head of Bids to ensure the team has all of the materials to deliver a 'best in class' service for our clients.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to build out new Business Development target lists.

- Commercial acumen. By that, we mean the ability to sniff out an opportunity to drive the business financially and have the ability to execute.
- Goal focused. Don’t get us wrong, we want to have fun and enjoy the process but ‘if it don’t make money, it don’t make sense’ comes to mind. You will have objectives to meet, meet them
