Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Starbucks. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction;
  • Leading a team of retail supervisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service;
  • Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures;

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results. A strong understanding of business operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential.

This is a permanent, part-time or full-time opportunity with competitive pay and benefits. Estimated salary: £12.25 per hour + quarterly bonus incentive.
