Sales and Order Coordinator

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an individual with strong customer service skills to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our account management function, ensuring that we exceed our customers' expectations and deliver a market-leading customer experience.
What We're Looking for:
A relevant first work experience in a customer relationship type role
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Basic Microsoft Office skills required
You must be able to work autonomously and have strong communication skills for internal stakeholders
You should have solid planning and coordination skills with the ability to prioritise
An eye for detail is essential
You should be able to handle pressure well while maintaining a sense of urgency
