Job Description:

The Sales Administrator position at Avantor Careers involves providing administrative support to our account management function in Buckshaw Village, UK. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in customer relationship management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales order request process from start to finish
  • Process invoices and generate reports for the Sales team

Requirements:

  • A first relevant experience in a customer relationship type role
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills required
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong communication skills for internal stakeholders
  • Solid planning and coordination skills with the ability to prioritise
  • An eye for detail
  • A sense of urgency but handle pressure well

Estimated Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
