Job Description:
The Sales Administrator position at Avantor Careers involves providing administrative support to our account management function in Buckshaw Village, UK. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in customer relationship management to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales order request process from start to finish
- Process invoices and generate reports for the Sales team
Requirements:
- A first relevant experience in a customer relationship type role
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required
- Ability to work autonomously with strong communication skills for internal stakeholders
- Solid planning and coordination skills with the ability to prioritise
- An eye for detail
- A sense of urgency but handle pressure well
Estimated Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
