Customer Growth and Sales Executive role is an exciting opportunity to join our Axon Moore team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Building relationships with new customers and reconnecting with existing ones
  • Visiting customers for new sales and service meetings in person and virtually
  • Converting sales inquiries into new business orders, upselling, and cross-selling relevant products
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth. The role also offers a competitive salary package, including a monthly bonus of up to £4,000. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm, with hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to work from home. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, pension, on-site parking, and easy commuting options.
