Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments.
  3. Collaborate with our Marketing & Digital Strategy Director to ensure effective alignment and execution.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support scalable ideas that enhance the customer experience.
  5. Lead a high-performing sales team and provide coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements and Expectations

  • Proven track record of delivering solid results in sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • A gifted communicator and confident negotiator.
