About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences across our UK kiosks. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our managers in daily operations, preparing food, and serving customers with a smile.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the manager in maintaining high-quality food and service standards
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly

In return for your hard work, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, free YO food and retail discounts, opportunities for career growth, and a fun and supportive work environment.
