Classic Lodges Limited is seeking a highly motivated Reservations Team Member to join our Central Reservations Team in Chorley. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour and a range of benefits.
About the Job:In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for managing customer reservations, maintaining accurate records, and handling cash transactions.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Reservations Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of customer reservations, including room allocations and cancellations.
- Cash Handling and Security: Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and adhering to security protocols.
- Personality: Distinctive, professional, and warm personality, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
