- Have estate agency experience and be able to hit the ground running from day one
- Have experience of negotiating offers, progressing sales, chasing conveyancers and dealing with problems with survey results and incomplete chains etc.
- Have a good sense of humour
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have great organizational skills
- Be able to maintain strong relationships with our existing clients as well as generating new business and new clients
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Have a good understanding of legal aspects such as GDPR & AML regulations
- Must have a full UK driving license and use of your vehicle for attending viewings

Brief Job Description:

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
- Negotiate offers and close sales
- Progress the sale by liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors through to completion
- Coordinate property appraisals and attend appraisals in the absence of the valuer
- Prospecting for new business - attend sales valuations when required
- Prepare and put together property listings/sales brochures
- Proficient in using estate agent software (we currently use ‘Jupix’) and tools for listing properties, managing client databases, and generating reports
- Staying up to date with market trends and property values
- Undertake money laundering checks
- Handle all paperwork and administrative tasks in relation to this role
- Undertake any other tasks as in relation to property sales and lettings when required
- This is a client facing role and does not offer work from home

Hours of work will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9am to 5pm (32 hours a week at £12.50 per hour) paid as salaried.

Plus every third Saturday on rota basis 9.30am to 1pm (this is paid as overtime £12.50 per hour)

MUST be available to also work Wednesdays, to cover busy periods & holidays. May also lead to permanent Wednesdays after 6-12 months.

Commissions also paid on each property sale that completes
