Our Air Sector Transformation Team

As an Undergraduate Organisational Psychology graduate, you will join our Air Sector Transformation team to help develop the future workforce for the Sector. You will play a key role in placing humans at the heart of our Digital Transformation work, assessing the potential people and psychological impact of introducing new digital technologies and practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, testing, and implementing Sector-wide initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Provide subject insights from the field of Organisational Psychology across our team's activities.
  • Work closely with our experienced professionals to drive business results and achieve organisational goals.
