Behavioural Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex behavioural needs in a secondary school catering to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised and group-based support to students with complex behavioural needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing behaviour support plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Leverage sport and physical activities as tools for engagement, relationship-building, and positive behaviour development.
- Experience working in an SEMH or similar environment (secondary school experience preferred).
- A passion for sport and the ability to engage students through physical activity.
- A desire for a long-term role with potential for permanent employment.
