Job Title: Complex Behaviour Support Worker (Temp to Perm)
Location: Secondary SEMH School, Lancashire
About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex behavioural needs in a secondary school catering to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised and group-based support to students with complex behavioural needs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing behaviour support plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Leverage sport and physical activities as tools for engagement, relationship-building, and positive behaviour development.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience working in an SEMH or similar environment (secondary school experience preferred).
  • A passion for sport and the ability to engage students through physical activity.
  • A desire for a long-term role with potential for permanent employment.
