Software Engineering Apprenticeship Opportunity

Are you passionate about technology and innovation? BAE Systems invites talented individuals to apply for their Software Engineering Apprenticeship programme. This unique opportunity combines academic study with real-world projects, allowing you to specialise in one of four areas: Cyber Security, Data Analysis, Software Engineering, or Business Analyst.

As a Software Engineering Apprentice, you will work collaboratively with experienced engineers, developing essential skills in programming, data analysis, and software development. You will have the chance to apply theoretical knowledge to practical problems, delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £27,000 - £33,000, reflecting the company's commitment to investing in its employees' future. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, employee share plans, and flexible health and wellbeing benefits.

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you will need 5 GCSEs A*- C or 9 - 4 (or equivalent), including Mathematics, English & Science, and 96 UCAS Tariff Points (240 points old system), including two STEM-based subjects. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will have obtained a BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions, setting you up for a successful career in the industry.
