Nursing Clinical Lead Opportunity

PSR Solutions is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Clinical Lead to join a reputable nursing home in the Bishop Auckland area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans and medication records
  • Manage staffing rotas and lead and develop the care and nursing teams
  • Effectively manage budgets and resources to increase profitability without compromising on care
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to inspire and develop clinical and non-clinical teams
