About the Job: Compass Associates is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our single bed residential service in Weymouth. As a leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality specialist care for children, working with challenging behaviours, and contributing to a healthy transition into adulthood.

Job Description: The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards. They will develop and implement strategies to address challenging behaviours and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for children.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing)
  • Level 5 (NVQ) Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children's and Young People's Services or working towards
  • Experience running a therapy-led service or challenging behaviour service
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards
