Job Opportunity with Thera South West
Thera South West has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Weymouth. As a permanent member of staff, you will have the privilege of supporting young people living in their own homes and empowering them to be an active part of the community.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve assisting individuals in their daily activities and promoting independence. You will empower people with a learning disability to live the lives they choose. With a focus on personal centred support, you will work collaboratively with the individual to develop a tailored support plan, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
